talent wise, not by a logn shot, he's the best qb in the draft, but attitude wise, certainly could be a bust

Every pick is a colossal bust in the making. I don't think Winston is the Second Coming of Peyton Manning, nor do I think he is Jamarcus Russel. He'll be somewhere in between.

The Bucs GM is Jason Licht who is 44 years old and pretty much a Scout for 6 different NFL teams. Could be 7 teams if this becomes a bust.
