Incognito is a *****, and he is jealous of other people and feels inferior to them so he has to try and bully someone. Like I said he got his power because people supported his bull****.

From what I remember Martin went to his entire org before coming out about it. THEY FAILED! I don't care what place of employment it is, no one should have to feel that way going to work or have someone saying that to them.

I love me some scherff, him looks like a nasty boy. Plus, it is possible that scherff and unger are both german names and pretty much we'd have two people from the war animals that took down the Romans.

Was Martin the only black guy on the team? Was he the only rookie on the team? Do you think that Martin was the only one he talked to that way? I didn't defend incognito, I called him what he is. An immature frat boy. All that garbage he said is pure rhetoric, it can't be taken as serious threats. It's just a stupid guy acting stupid. But be a man and stand up to him. Instead he was weak, and Incognito preyed on that weakness, as people like him will do.

I suppose you think Gregg Williams meant it literally when he supposedly told his players "kill the head" and blah blah blah.

Well now you're confusing hyperbole used to make an analogy vs someone saying I am going to **** in your mouth and kill you. I have no idea if he meant what he said, but what was the analogy Incognito was making so you can parallel his statements to GW's?

GW's was saying that if you kill the main part that makes the body function you win. I don't see any point to Incognito's comments.

I am going to try to simplify this so you can understand as much as possible. A young man coming to his place of employment after hearing the certain protocol (the shield is bigger than you) about don't disrespect the shield or yourself. Seeing how players had to take the hazing of carrying veteran equip (Dez Bryant) buying teammates gifts (Ryan Tannerhill) or going through gauntlets (saints) as a form of passage in the league and you say he should fight. What you don't understand is he won't be just fighting Incognito, incognito was the designated captain meaning his following veterans had his back.

If your boss was to call you in the office for a 1 on 1 and said the same things Incognito said to you and you were the same size, salary and age of Martin would you do? I personally think he handled it as properly as it could've be done.

There was nothing wrong with what GW (i've heard similar when I played in HS) said since we all saw that the defense played like they had tuned him out weeks ago (at least the safeties), the problem was it was caught on tape right before the NFL got sued for years of disregard of player safety so the NFL was looking for anything that would work in their favor and GW gave them evidence on a silver platter

as for J Martin, he's a serviceable back up but as a starter, I'll pass

I have no interest in this guy. Regardless of his draft position and the Bully-gate scandal, his play on the field has always been poor at best. He's never shown he can play at a pro level. No interest.
