Seahawks waived C Drew Nowak.
 

Helps take the sting out of the Saints crappy season knowing that we are part of theirs'!

Nowak started seven of the Seahawks' first eight games at the pivot, but was benched after the Week 9 bye. He obviously struggled mightily before heading to the pine. Patrick Lewis has taken over, but hasn't been much of an upgrade.
