It isn't all his fault, but he is not a franchise QB anyway. No matter how much John Clayton wants to include this fool in the 'elite' category, he isn't, wasn't, and won't ever be. He's not going to be the guy they rally around and he doesn't have the talent to will a team to a win. He needs better than average players around him because he can't elevate anyone with his own play.
