I think it'd be pretty cool to see him with the 49ers; with Kaepernicks mobility and all.

But no way in hell would I ever give him the kind of personnel power he had in Philly...

And no way in hell would I ever like to see him with the Saints...

For the record, I think moving forward he (Chip) has indicated he's willing to give up the personnel/GM portion of the job. Probably for the best if he wants to find employment in the near future,

I think he might go back to the college ranks but he'll be back in the NFL eventually with much better results.
