T.O.'s not first ballot material. He had great stats, but First ballot isn't just about stats. It's also about the impact he had on his team, the game and the way the game is played. I believe T.O. was a good person (no drugs, arrests, etc), but he was a bad teammate who always brought a lot of distractions and controversy everywhere he went.
