Never liked to see him officiating Saints games.

I knew Carey was wrong before the review. There was NO WAY that call was going to be overturned.

The nose hit the ground while the ball was moving in his hand. They only showed a good angle once.

Then they repeated the replay that showed the roll over where the ball didn't hit the ground.

I kept screaming at the TV to back up the replay a few seconds and they'd see that it hit the ground.

You are correct Danno. And all the other angles left enough doubt that there was no way to overturn the call.

I noticed that Carey was wrong a lot this year, and I didn't come close to watching every game he commented in. It was very evident to me that he had no intention of disagreeing with the refs, which makes this one strange, because he actually thought they got it wrong even though they were right.

I don't know what that guy is doing.
