Malcolm Jenkins gets 5 year extension

I recall some good flashes of Jenkins but not a lot. His dumb luck was that we traded him and he got away from RR.

Jenkins was not traded. He became a FA and went to Philly when the Saints didn't re-sign him.

This is so worthless... It just makes me hate our defensive coaches even more. And it would be nice if Payton had a !&^%$%# clue about defense.

Can't blame it on Payton. Jenkins was awful when he was here. The reason he got better is because we let him go.

And that one wasn't all that great, he's an example of change of scenery PLUS compenet coaches can do average players wonders
