That movement led to false claims that Donald Trump had, in fact, won the popular vote in addition to the electoral vote — or that he would prove to be the winner of the former if all the ballots cast were actually counted.

As of this writing, though, the ballots counted so far still show Hillary Clinton winning the national popular vote by a healthy margin of over 630,000 votes

That is exactly right. Most of them haven't even updated the final electoral votes. They haven't the slightest bit of integrity to admit their ignorance.

Actually, no, it is not exactly right. Snopes is non-partisan. They are just a fact-finding site.

So, whether you like it or not, as of today, November 13 2016, the fact is, Clinton is winning the popular vote, and the trend indicates, after all is said and done, she will end up with more overall votes than Trump. If that turns out not to be the case, I am sure Snopes will duly note it.
