Actually, no, it is not exactly right. Snopes is non-partisan. They are just a fact-finding site.

So, whether you like it or not, as of today, November 13 2016, the fact is, Clinton is winning the popular vote, and the trend indicates, after all is said and done, she will end up with more overall votes than Trump. If that turns out not to be the case, I am sure Snopes will duly note it.
