The whole team is a dumpster fire because their locker room is a mess, the QB is not a leader, he is a selfish head case...on the field and off....lots more going on than just the "distraction," but as long as the "distraction" is there, the star of the show, getting all the attention, it won't get better....sorry friend, those empty seats and the Nielsen ratings don't lie.
