Re: Report: Kaepernick Says He'll Stand for Anthem as He Heads to Free Agency
I advocated on his behalf...but now I can't help but feel as though he's deciding to stand because he wants a team to sign him. That in turn makes me question his commitment to the cause. Revolutionaries typically don't make a lot of money...if any at all. When you're a real revolutionary, the people see your work and they take care of you. People going around charging money for lectures...reiterating information other scholars have already put out there...taxing for something the people can listen to you say on YouTube. It's no better than a preacher pimping the congregation with Jesus. The conscious community has replaced the church, and is extorting the people for their own personal gain. Complain about Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, then turn around and do the same thing they do.

Too much made out of nothing, too much time wasted on the subject...

So, when he said he would stand for the anthem, did he mean "Oh, Canada"?
