There are not that many game helmets, it's not like he gets brand new one every single game so if he is selling more than the Giants purchased that is fraud. There are also lot numbers on the helmets. If he is selling a helmet for a particular game and it did not match the year it was manufactured, again fraud.

Hopefully it'll turn out he just needed more memorabilia to raise funds for the Boys Club or some other charity...
