Elle May Manning apparently busted selling Giants helmets he claimed were worn during games and were not.

There are not that many game helmets, it's not like he gets brand new one every single game so if he is selling more than the Giants purchased that is fraud. There are also lot numbers on the helmets. If he is selling a helmet for a particular game and it did not match the year it was manufactured, again fraud.
