Couldn't deal with doing the time.
Its why I've never agreed with the death penalty living the rest of your life with what youve done in a small cell is a far worse punishment imo. And as he proved there always that way out.

My thoughts goes to his family and the families of his victims. I hope that this can in some way help them get closure.

Re: Aaron Hernandez Commits Suicide

Legally he died an innocent man since in that state, if one dies and all appeals are not exhausted he is innocent. Not sure what impact that has on anything but he will always technically be innocent which I think is wrong regarding suicide since he gave up his appeals by doing so.

I have no sympathy for murderers. I hope the victim's family can get some closure from this.

Total POS; selfish to do that on the day his former team went to the White House...

We now have a new vulgar word to describe the lowest POS...

An Aaron Hernandez...

Feel bad for the families and friends, but no love for Aaron. He ended up a disgrace.

Who knows. 99.9% of people with a 40 million dollar contract are going to hang up the quasi gang persona and the night clubs hanging out with losers. He obviously liked it for some damn reason. Seems like it was another game outside of the game. One was not a game though. Maybe that's part of it. We will never know.

I feel sorrow for his daughter. Her father was a murderer, but at the end of the day she could still talk to him and visit him and he probably would have got the charge down and did about 25 years and been able to be more active in her life when she was an adult. I hate it for her, because she had to watch her daddy get locked away then not too long after that look at him in a casket.

How so? He had life without parole and the judge denied his appeal, that's the cause of the suicide...

Re: Aaron Hernandez Commits Suicide

A popular theory about why he hung himself is...

According to Massachusetts law, if someone dies while their case is in appeals then the conviction is overturned. Now that Hernandez has not been legally convicted, the Patriots owe his daughter the remainder of his contract, approximately $15 million dollars.
