Yeah Packers don't have to follow the rules. If it were the Saints, Goodell would fly down personally to make sure everyone got fined and the team screwed.

Goodell's a coward; he'd send the former commissioner who'd get down here, investigate, find no evidence nor basis for the charges...

And Goodell would still penalize the Saints for it...
