Agreed. That's some of that knee-jerk over-reaction legislative-ness - oh, well, a safe fell out of a moving truck going up-hill on a Sunday and killed a kitten so we're going to make a rule that safes have to be transfered by licensed, registered safe transportation organizations...

Hey, if a team commits three, four pass interference infractions in a row without making a play, fine, then you give the ball to the offense on the 1 yd line...

The pussification of the game under Goodell's tenure to enhance scoring when nothing was wrong with the game in the first place is ridiculous...
