This is not going to end well...

So now teams are going to stash players away on IR to keep trade value? NFLPA isn't going to let that fly...

My first thought as well. They'll need to stipulate that the player needs to remain on IR (short or long term).

considering how few midseason trades there actually are, this probably won't really be a factor
