But Beasley was an All-Pro, not just a Pro-Bowler, and then the ATL decided that wasn't good enough and changed his role...
Some coaches run a system and try to find players to plug and play into that system basically because of their limited mindset, intelligence...
Better coaches take the parts they have, play to those players' strengths, masking their weaknesses - that was Sean Payton in his first five years...
With all the parts Dennis Allen has been given, if he can sh*t a top eight unit, anchored with the best DE and CB in the league, he's gotta geaux...
And we've got to find a coach on defense the way Payton was on offense in his early days...
