Had to happen. Gruden has to establish he's the top dog in that locker room. Mack and his agent wanted Gruden to come to him...

It was the right move if the Raiders got two first round picks because that defense was horrible with Mack so why hamstring your cap with a bad defense in place...

Blow it all up, start over, and two first round picks and a player is a great start...
