Jimmy Graham a mere shell of his former Saints Self
Packers tight end Jimmy Graham was active and dressed, but he didn’t do much.
After breaking his thumb last week, he played with his left hand in a glove and splinted and taped. He wasn’t much use as a run-blocker, as you might imagine, and Marcedes Lewis got most of the work. He was targeted four times, and caught two passes for 34 yards. With so many injuries at wide receiver, the Packers badly need Graham (or somebody who can make a play downfield) if they’re going to salvage this season. https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.co...ikings-to-win/ Glad the Saints did not sign him and the he chose to go to GB. | |

His hand is hurt, and you could really kinda tell it wasn't right, when you could see him miss balls that were hitting him right on the hands last night. But he definitely doesn't have that same swagger or raw uncontrollable energy that he had when he was with the Saints.

Same could be said for Greg Olsen, Delanie Walker. Getting old and they have taken massive hits through their career because it normally takes a massive hit to take them down.

IIRC, he broke his this thumb attempting to block .
And I agree, he's definitely a shell of his former self. Oh well, he had his chance to sign here this off season so there's that. #9 made Jimmy special. |

Jimmy Graham a mere shell of his former Brees-led Saints Self...
Brees makes it better... Would like to hear Graham's response to "So Jimmy, would you rather have taken a little less and stayed with the Saints or did you make the right decision?" |

Jimmy Graham is not the same, neither is Aaron Rodgers and the whole Packer Team.
Whether it's due to their host of injuries or whatever the Pack is declining. One thing though Rodgers has taken over for Peyton Manning on TV commercials. You wonder when the Dude has time to practice... |

He’s due $12.66 million next season and they can’t get out of the deal without about $7 million in dead cap. They’re stuck with him.

Packers will fire him after the season and take the hit (cap). |
