IMO ... Quantum leap on Kliff.
Never put it together (awful defenses) @ Texas Tech ... not even with Pat Mahommes at QB. Best of luck to Kingsbury though. Difficult job ahead at the elite level. |

Quick hire by Cards makes sense - to get the best available assistants on the staff...
Sean Payton, for all his former success, was three seasons of 7-9 with future HOF Drew Brees... Until Payton accepted he needed better assistants and a personnel man - and now look at where the team in spite of his personnel meddling... Let's be honest, Ditka's no brain surgeon, but he had one helluva staff and even he won a Superbowl... And even Nick Saban lost because of all the turnover in his staff while Dabo has kept his virtually intact... |
