This would be a great step in the right direction if Miami had not wasted all those years with garbage Tannehill at QB and if they had a competent GM.

I like Flores, but Miami is so dysfunctional, I don't think he'll be able to accomplish much.

I remember reading a story that when Brian was in college/grad assistant, he sent 32 letters to all NFL teams on why he'd make a good candidate for a HC in the league.

Only the Patriots responded.

Now if only Sean and Mickey will just stay at the Zurich Classic this year, and leave the drafting to Ireland...
