I think Jameis Winston is inherently gifted athlete that lacks the mental attributes necessary to be successful. All of the controversies in his life, the interceptions that he throws, his awful pre-game speeches, his asking for 30 million, etc all come back to the one simple fact that he lacks any form of impulse control. I think if you did a scan of his brain, you'd find that his amygdala is greatly damaged.

This. His talent is off the charts. His decision making is ridiculously poor on and off the field. But honestly, I see him as an equivalent to Brett Favre.

He has problems for sure but getting sacked 47 times, it can't be entirely his fault. They also had almost no run game. Getting another QB won't solve anything until the OL is rebuilt.

I wouldn't even call him that great athlete either because he is very slow for a QB. His center could probably beat him in a foot race.
