Keeping with the Browns tradition of terrible head coaching hires, they'll probably hire the assistant defensive line coach from one of this year's playoff teams. I'm not even sure if any team has such a thing, but if they do, you can be sure that he'll be the Browns head coach very soon.
They make these weird hires, and then scratch their heads when they never get any better. |

They should go for Mike McCarthy, he's used to dealing with QB's with huge egos.

Imagine having all that talent on your roster going 6-10.
Kitchens went from a positional (QB) coach to HC way too quickly. Cleveland as an organization is part of the problem. |
