Short stint up in NY as a line coach from back in the day .. that's the only "connect" I see with the hire. 19-20 career record down in Waco.

IMO he will struggle at the next level.

I think Rhule has potential, but we shall see. Just wish he would have beat the Sooners. If he does a good job developing around McCafferey it could be a problem for us.

Might be right... I wouldn't call Waco, Texas a hot destination for anything. I'd be looking to get out of there too. Landing in Charlotte is a step up from Waco, Texas.
