I'm honestly starting to think that hit from Vontaze Burfict scrambled his brain. It just makes too much sense. His behavior completely changed after it occurred. He was supposedly a quiet guy that didn't get into too much trouble prior to the 2017 season. If this is the case, it's very sad and the guy needs to get some medical treatment.

When I go and look at that hit, head trauma wise is one of the worst looking hits I've ever seen. It literally looked like he almost got decapitated. I forgot all about that hit before the theory was posted on twitter, it just makes too much sense. The timeline matches up perfectly. The little detail match up. It fits.

It may not have helped, but the enabling was going on before then, the Steelers were just masking and hiding much of it and eventually fatigued from all the cover-up...

I have a friend who works as a psychiatrist who also is a football fan and has followed the whole AB saga quite close. He said something along the lines of "Much of his actions seems like they could stem from an injury to the frontal lobe which wouldn't be surprising after a number of concussions, especially the hit from Burfict".
