Blank says this knowing full well that there is no way possible to move Matt Ryan. The Falcons would suffer a $50 million cap hit if he is cut or traded this off-season due to his contract terms. They talked about this on NFL Radio. I can't remember which show, but the ex-GM said Blank was simply implying that the incoming GM and HC would have full leeway knowing full well that moving Ryan was impossible.
