Back in Louisiana
this is a discussion within the NOLA Community Forum; Well, here we are ... the wife and I are now living in Houma, LA as we moved here about a little over a week ago. Got our apartment set up, got my new job as a Juvenile Detention Officer ...

Back in Louisiana
Well, here we are ... the wife and I are now living in Houma, LA as we moved here about a little over a week ago. Got our apartment set up, got my new job as a Juvenile Detention Officer and a new attitude. Nice to be HOME again ...

Welcome back Viking Saint, my brother-in-law is a Juvenile Probation Supervisor here in Opelousas, he was in the Lafayette office but got tired of the long drive everyday...
I never lived outside of Louisiana , I wouldn't know where to begin if I had to move to another state.. |

Wife and I, when we first got together, lived in Watertown, SD, then, Appleton, MN then Willmar, MN. Got snow, very cold weather and a lot of Northern attitude ... It is SOOOO good to be back in Louisiana - despite what my Dad thinks about our state ...
