Murder Trial of ex-Klansmen begins in Mississippi

I found this story on the AP and thought I would share it here with you guys.

IMHO, I think this man is a rascist but whether or not he committed these crimes I am not totally iron clad sure on. Thats for the jury to decide, not me. I dont condone anything this hate group did for 150 years in the South, but whether he committed the crimes here, its going to be a complicated conviction if it happens becuase its a cold case in many ways and cold cases and hard to prove.

At his age wouldn't it be cheaper to give him life than killing him.
