What does your B&G handle mean?

No specific meaning... just my nickname IRL. I said "Yo Pappy" one day instead of "Yo Mama" and it stuck with me ever since.

I was a big kid. I was 6'3" - 200lbs at age 12. At age 12 one teacher would always call me a big lummox. The nickname stuck through school and I always changed the "o" to a zero for all the alphanumeric passwords places asked for.

I was about 5 years old when Archie went to the Saints after Ole Miss. I remember my Dad and my older brother talking about it and looking forward to the games. So when we sat down in front of Black-n-White TV to watch Archie and the Saints it was a male bonding experience and I became an instant fan of the New Orleans Saints. Living and working on the farm in Mississippi would come to hault for a few hours when the Saints were on TV. Nothing to feed, no fence to fix, no fire wood to load, just me and my brother and my Dad.
From of my memories as a young boy, to the friends that I now share this passion of New Orleans Saints football with, I will forever be a fan.

I remember the peanuts well. As a matter of fact, one day I looked up and former CEO Herb Kelleher was handing them out. He believed in the "hands-on" approach to management, I suppose.

You know, I wish there was some kind of badge we could give all the old veteran fans--- the ones who were there in '67, sitting in Tulane Stadium.
If we do win the Super Bowl, the parade should have the players in one float, and the next several floats should be reserved for Tulane Stadium Original Saints Fans. Give em some kind of special badge to wear, so you know a veteran when you see one.

---"Skymike" is a working handle for my current gig. I've gone by a number of names in Houston, fitting formats from hip-hop, (I had no idea what they were calling me) country, 80's rock, Oldies, newstalk, and then I used my real name on tv. As you can guess I worked in a chopper for several years, doing airborne traffic, while similtaneously running a Flir cam for tv.

Now I use Skymike here, on several online places, and even in my wedding
business. Its easy to remember, and has helped me keep a high profile, which is important in my work.
