The second day of the 2011 Republican Leadership Conference kicked off Friday morning with an invocation, the Pledge of Allegiance and a Boudreaux-and-Thibodeaux joke, all three of which went over like gangbusters with the GOP faithful of 38 states who had gathered at the Hilton Riverside.
