Wild dog pack in Mid-City

So I'm out on my balcony Sunday night/Monday morning about midnight when I see three dogs (two huge, one semi-huge) running down the street. One of them went down the middle of the street zigzagging like Reggie Bush, while the second one took a straight line down the sidewalk.? [ Read more ]

That's weird. Less weird, because, a few weeks ago I saw the exact same thing in downtown NOLA.

I work on Poydras and Loyola, and one night I was at the office until around midnight. As I was getting into my car (mind you, the streets were totally empty at the time), I saw a pack of at least 4, very large, wild dogs.

It was crazy. Certainly out of place. I didn't even mention it to many folks because I figured they would think I was on the sauce!! I mean, I spend a lot of time in the woods, and have seen plenty of packs of wild dogs. But to see them in downtown NOLA was crazy.

I bet this is the same pack. Mid-City isn't too far from Poydras and Loyola...
