New Orleans dubbed a "Bicycle Friendly" city
this is a discussion within the NOLA Community Forum; I believe it's more about the economy than about becoming bicycle friendly. Riding a bike in New Orleans (having done it), is rolling the dice. Epic Fail from the League of American Bicyclists on that one....
