Endymion's Progress: Thursday afternoon

I read that the whole pre-parade day of concerts for Endymion on Orleans Ave. has been cancelled due to expected downpours. No word yet on whether the parade will roll or postpone to Sunday. This will put a damper on our trip to NOLA this weekend.

They haven't made a decision yet and it's not set in stone.
But I have to admit I don't see one (1) weather prediction that has the chances of rain below 90%
