 Chopped is that show on Food Network where contestants are given baskets full of surprise culinary items (cow intestines, pomegranate seeds and Marshmallow Fluff, for example) and forced to create an appetizer, entree or dessert on the spot. Several New Orleans chefs have competed on the show, but tomorrow night one of the basket-openers will be Linda Green, better known as "The Ya-Ka-Mein Lady."?
