Brees does not eat cheese. He likes In and Out Burgers with no cheese.

"...the recipe has been altered to eliminate the heavy cream and 1-1/2 cups of shredded Cheddar and American cheeses. The press release says that "Chef Emily revised the recipe after speaking with Brees and has made his favorite dish for him on several occasions. Brees is not a fan of cheese."
