Cantrell, Gray projected to win District B and District E council races
Broadmoor activist LaToya Cantrell bested Juvenile Justice Project director Dana Kaplan in the New Orleans City Council District B race tonight, while attorney James Gray was projected to beat state Rep. Austin Badon in the race for the District E seat.
