At last, at last: The Governor's Wife to premiere on A&E Oct. 27
 It's been delayed and delayed, but at last it's (almost) here: The Edwin and Trina Scott Edwards "reality" show The Governor's Wife will premiere on A&E Oct. 27, so mark your calendars, tell Siri to remind you, schedule a babysitter, whatever.
Let's hope the network ? unlike Louisiana State University ? has properly estimated the continuing appeal of Louisiana's former governor. (By the way, Trina Scott Edwards has exhibited some Facebook pique with The Advocate's tart editorial about the money-wasting Larry King-Edwin Edwards "fiasco.")*
The TV show will no doubt be far more successful, and, from the look of it, less expensive.? [ Read more ]
