Will the 2014 New Orleans municipal election get a campaign ad as good as this one?
 Qualifying began this morning for the Feb. 1 New Orleans municipal election ? you can keep an eye on the filings here ? but one of the earliest filers was Dr. Dwight McKenna, who is again seeking the office of Orleans Parish Coroner. McKenna (and campaign consultant Bill Schultz) were responsible for one of the most memorable TV political ads in recent history: the 2010 commercial that cast incumbent Coroner Dr. Frank Minyard as a Dr. Frankenstein (or Morgus) with a thick Yat accent selling body parts out of the coroner's office. Schultz himself co-starred as Igor. The 30-second ad received national attention, with ProPublica dubbing it "Craziest Campaign Ad Ever."*Time magazine*marveled: ?
