Favorite Restaurant

For those of you who live in the city or visit often, what is your favorite restaurant? I don't live in N.O. but I visit about 5-6 times a year for several days. I personally love Deanie's. Nobody gives you so much for such a good price. If I have some extra cash then the best Italian food I've had was at a place called Carmella's.

Anybody have some suggestions for my next trip? I'd like to know about everything from your favorite poboy shop to blue plate lunches to fine dining. Any info is appreciated.
