The Funky Meters, Tinariwen, Bombino and dozens other artists perform at the 28th annual Festival International de Louisiane, a week-long music festival in Lafayette ? a sort of alternate Jazz Fest featuring artists from around the country and across the globe, from Canada to Niger and beyond.
