Lafayette's 2014 Festival International de Louisiane lineup announced
 The Funky Meters, Tinariwen, Bombino and dozens other artists perform at the 28th annual Festival International de Louisiane, a week-long music festival in Lafayette ? a sort of alternate Jazz Fest featuring artists from around the country and across the globe, from Canada to Niger and beyond. The fest opens with surf rock legend Dick Dale and continues through the week with Louisiana stalwarts Steve Riley, Feufollet, Pine Leaf Boys and zydeco and brass bands.?
