My first thought?a place that sells creative fusions of medicine and snacks (Pepcid gummy bears, steaks dry rubbed in Advil)?is, alas, incorrect. Instead, it?s the newest in a wave of healthy bakery options for the city, where every item is at the very least soy-free, gluten-free, and dairy-free.?
