Mid City's 10th annual Bayou Boogaloo on the banks of Bayou St. John is May 15-17. Among the artists performing at the 2015 event are Mannie Fresh, The New Orleans Suspects, Terrance Simien & the Zydeco Experience, Rotary*Downs, Papa Mali and 101 Runners, among many others.

The annual event, held in the third weekend of May, is free and open to the public and features local art and two dozen food and drink vendors spanning iced coffee and daiquiris to Jamaican food, Louisiana dishes, and Indian food.? [ Read more ]
