 Gov. Bobby Jindal ? currently on the presidential campaign trail in Iowa ? sent out an email this morning decrying the U.S. Supreme Court decision on same-sex marriage: "The Supreme Court decision today conveniently and not surprisingly follows public opinion polls. It tramples on rights that were once protected by the 10th Amendment of the Constitution," Jindal wrote, adding, "Marriage between a man and a woman was established by God, and no earthly court can alter that."?
