 As of this morning, Jefferson Parish is issuing marriage licenses to any adult couple who applies, confirmed a spokeswoman for Jefferson Parish Clerk of Court Jon Gegenheimer. One couple already has applied, she said. That couple is Celeste Autin and Alesia LeBoeuf, both employees of the clerk's office, who were wed at 10:32 a.m. The couple is from Marrero and met in high school.?
