Food trucks and music at Fair Grounds Street Fare Derby Aug. 15-16
 The New OrleansFair Grounds Race Course & Slots*(1751 Gentilly Blvd., 504-945-5515)*announced the food and music lineup for this year's*Street Fare Derby, a two-day festival celebrating the area?s food trucks. The event takes place during the racetrack?s Summer Quarter Horse Meet on Aug. 15-16.The Fair Grounds' inaugural derby was in 2011. At least 20 food trucks from the Baton Rouge and New Orleans areas will be at the Gentilly Boulevard race track including King Creole, Crepes a la Carte, La Cocinita, Woody?s Fish Tacos and Frencheeze, among others.? |
