 Rah\Bah, the seafood and raw bar pop-up from chef Will Salisbury, hosts a six-course dinner at Milkfish(125 N. Carrollton Ave., 504-267-4199)*on Aug. 26.* Salisbury is a Pizza Domenica alum who helmed the ovens at*Wood Pizza Bar & Taphouse*in the Warehouse District*before leaving in June to focus on the new concept. The prix-fixe menu, inspired by the Portuguese-American community of southern Massachusetts where Salisbury grew up, begins with scallop ceviche made with with jalapeno, bell peppers and citrus vinaigrette. Next up is a lobster roll ? a nod to Salisbury?s New England upbringing ? topped with seasoned mayonnaise, pickled radishes, green onions and capers.? |
