Zydeco documentary premieres Tuesday night at UNO
 Director Robert Mugge's Zydeco Crossroads: A Tale of Two Cities will receive its local premiere on Tuesday, Oct. 27 at 7 p.m. at UNO's Robert E. Nims Theater. Shot mostly in Lafayette, the film features performances by C.J, Chenier, Nathan Williams, Chubby Carrier, Rosie Ledet and Rockin' Dopsie, Jr. Director Mugge, who is known for award-winning music docs like Deep Blues and Gospel According to Al Green, will be in attendance to introduce the film.? |
